Ketogenic Avocado Cucumber Hemp Salad by Dr. Christie Smirl

Whole and fresh food recipes are the best way to ensure your nutrition is clean and healthy. Here is a satisfying ketogenic vegetarian avocado cucumber hemp salad. Always attempt to use all organic ingredients to reduce your exposure to pesticides.


  • 1/2 diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cubed medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hingvashtak powder


Mix the cucumber and avocado in a bowl and top with hemp seeds, lemon juice, parsley, onion, salt and hingvashtak. Enjoy!
