Shambhavi Mudra in Meditation

A mudra is a seal, a gesture, an energy focus. Mudras can involve the hands (hasta mudra), head (mana mudra) and other therapeutic prana practices. Shambhavi mudra is a mana mudra that incorporates the eyes. This technique is used in Yoga and Tantra to bring great stillness to the mind and facilitate meditation.

Spiritual Development

Having a competent spiritual mentor and teacher has been invaluable to my growth. My spiritual Mother, Guru Maa, my spiritual Father, Baba KrishnaKali Das Aghori, and many other of my spiritual teachers have dispensed healing medicine of true spiritual knowledge. Each have guided me farther on the path of Self-Actualization and Self-Mastery.

To understand the foundation tenets of Ayurveda is, the doshas must be mastered.  Here are the dosha basics. There are three doshas that control physiology of the human body – Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
