ASHTANGA YOGA – THE 8 LIMBS

The first in the series is on ASHTANGA YOGA – THE 8 LIMBS. The eight limbs of yoga are the yamas (abstentions), niyamas (observances), asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), prathyahara (withdrawal of senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (super consciousness).

THE SACRED SEED – AUM

This Sunday, satsang and meditation was on the sacred seed mantra AUM. AUM is the universal sound of creation, the imperishable sound, the seed of all that exists, the past, the present and the future. Everything unfolds from AUM. Whatever transcends the three realms, indeed is the flowering of AUM. In this video I discuss AUM, the sacred syllable, to beeja mantra that is omnipresent through all of creation. The Dashamahavidya Gita – Limited Edition Book Release

The Dashamahavidya Gita – Songs to the Tantrick Mother is an exposition dedicated to Kali Maa, The Great Black Mother. This tome contains sacred prose in the form of gitas (songs), art, praxis and ritual dedicated to the Dashamahavidyas, the ten tantrick Wisdom Goddesses of Kali Maa.
Readers are invited to practice lectio devina by reading each gita and invokation slowly then out loud to manifest Kali Maa through spoken word.
